1913-24 5s rose-carmine, Waterlow printing, opt 'SPECIMEN' (type GB23), right marginal block of 4 from R5-6/3-4 with centre guide, exceptionally with upper pair showing clear (type 21) ovpt double, one albino (1mm above inked impression) and lower pair normal, brilliant unmounted o.g. Some gum creasing on upper pair but a unique and important multiple demonstrating that the ovpt was separately applied to the top and bottom halves of the sheet in a setting of 20 (4x5), from the part sheet released by the BPMA, the top half (=20 stamps) of which showed the albino impression. (N.B. Although the 'SPECIMEN' opt is of the same type as that used for the UPU distribution, strips of 3 are the largest multiples possible from that source)
